At Align, each day offers something different – new customers, challenges, technological innovation, and company changes – all of which are very exciting. Every customer I meet is unique, which requires customized planning to meet their needs. On a daily basis, I interact with our Customer Care and Clinical teams and work to ensure the continued success of our customers through the support we provide them. At Align, our support network is unique – the entire team works together like one big family. The customers have noticed how well we collaborate with each other and have expressed their appreciation of how well we work together to support them.
I love my job at Align! While the work is fast-paced and sometimes unexpected in nature, I have learned to adapt to achieve my goals. Align offers the opportunity for growth, while challenging you to become the best at what you do. The opportunities here have benefitted both my scope of knowledge and my life outside the company.
