I have been in customer service my entire career, addressing customer issues and creating solutions. Our department focuses on keeping our customers informed about our products and services to prevent any issues or complaints. By forward thinking, we support our customer from beginning to end, ensuring better outcomes and experiences.
As a supervisor of a fast-growing team, I am focused on developing an efficient team that can effectively meet our customers’ needs. I’m involved in both hiring and training new employees and collaborating with team members on policies and best practices. In addition, I coordinate with our Costa Rica clinical team on scheduling and customer concerns and help integrate iPro technology in all departments. Moreover, we have a culture that really makes us love coming to work. I have heard our team say things like, “I don’t need to rush out of here; I like it here.” I am happy knowing that my team enjoys coming to work.
