Problems are opportunities for improvement. As a Sr. Continuous Improvement Program Manager, I serve as a facilitator for change within operational and clinical improvement teams. The focus is to improve organizational goal achievement in customer experience, quality, employee engagement, and waste reduction. I also collaborate with organizational leaders to encourage employees to generate ideas that improve our process, methodologies and protocols. We develop new alternatives that help us to find better ways to do things. Our customers can see the value of the product we create and every effort we make to positively impact the customer experience.   

I love my job because every day I build upon a new perspective, which forces me to seek personal improvement. Each day, my position shows me that change is good, and we should strive to be better. Align provides the opportunity to learn, develop skills and access the support I need to be successful. The company also provides me with a stronger self-awareness while enabling me to develop many of the current positions and processes within the business. I’m just so amazed with the leadership and team members. Their dedication and talents are all truly inspirational!    

When I arrived at Align, I thought of staying just a few months until I found a “better” job. Today, I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am to continue with this company. These 15 years have definitely been the best of my life.
