Singing on the job? That’s right! Rob has had some incredibly unique opportunities while working with Align.  

Rob started his career at Align in 2014 as a Territory Manager in the UK. After successfully growing his territory, Align recognized the need for additional training support for sales and other internal teams. Rob had the opportunity to become Align’s first Clinical Sales Trainer in Europe.    

Rob was leading the sales training team for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region as part of the sales excellence function for many years. His goal was to develop and deliver world-class training programs for sales teams in local markets throughout EMEA. According to Rob, “This was one of the most challenging and rewarding roles I’ve ever had.” 

In addition to teaching and developing sales capability, Rob enjoys working with the teams to help them achieve their goals and those of the company. Today, Rob is Senior Service Excellence Manager in APAC.

Besides his work at Align, Rob has a great passion and talent for singing. He was able to share this talent on stage together with other Align musicians during the EMEA sales conferences in Cannes, France and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Rob described these experiences as, “Some of the happiest and most enjoyable things I’ve ever done”. Rob also enjoys a game of cricket, reading books and watching his all-time favorite sport, boxing.
