I find it exciting to be part of a company that is growing and changing so quickly – there is no place for boredom here! Every day is a challenge because we have very ambitious goals. I am proud to work in a company surrounded by so many talented individuals who encourage you to improve on a daily basis and who are always willing to help and share ideas!    

I am responsible for managing the Customer Care Team, ensuring that our doctors receive effective responses to their questions. Above all, we work to guarantee that their experience with Invisalign products and the support we provide is of the same great quality as our products.    

One of the team’s biggest achievement last year was to incorporate iTero support into our existing workload in Spain. Thanks to the incredible effort of the team, time dedicated to trainings, and meticulous monitoring of each incident, we continued to support customers and to deliver the highest levels of customer support.    

I love my job because in addition to helping our customers, I have the opportunity to interact with many different people, from my own team to sales people, clinical advisors, marketing and office managers, teams at the headquarters – the chance to learn new things is infinite! Additionally, this interaction provides me with a broader view of the company, which allows me to do my job better.   

I personally believe in the power of a smile and that a smile is the prettiest thing you can wear. What a pleasure to work in a company with such an innovative technology that helps people feel happier with their smiles!
